What we do:

At MMA,  golf is our passion and we have a network of dedicated professionals to help with any aspect during your sell, purchase or lease of a golf facility. From golf course management groups, renovators, architects or engineers, we have the connections to answer any of your questions. Many golf course owners elect not to market their properties publicly. Contact us for private listings available for purchase. Our consulting services range from buyer due diligence packages and valuations, lessee or management group searches, setting up strategic short and long term goals, marketing plan analysis,  overall facility operations analysis, agronomic practice opinion, creative finance options and more.  One of our most popular and cost efficient products is known as the “one day look”.  We spend a day on site with observations and interviews to come back with a report and new perspective of possibilities for your club.  Call for more info.
